Free-range Holidays menus fall into three main categories:

1. Gourmet Yoga Holiday We've taken the brown rice and lentils out of the average yoga holiday and replaced it with nightly gourmet vegetarian feasts served with quality Portuguese wines. The food is healthy but not diet-food; scrumptious and delectable, but not overindulgent. Evening meals are preceded with an aperitif hour. European and Mediterranean flavours dominate with a focus on seasonal produce, olive oil, fresh greens and herbs with modest amounts of butter and cream.
