Boot Camp is set to challenge and redefine your personal limits, leaving you in awe of what you can do. Five days of rigorous exercise on a nutritionally balanced diet will kick start any weight-loss or fitness programme into shape. Boot Camp begins with an entry assessment and finishes with an exit assessment. Our team of professional instructors work together to teach, encourage and push you toward achieving a new sense of self. Each morning begins with two hours of invigorating yoga followed by a three hour hike. The afternoons are a mix of circuits, resistance training and restorative yoga, totaling an average of 7 hours of exercise each day. read more »
