Afternoons are free to chill out, have a massage or explore the Algarve. Afternoon yoga focuses on restorative postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation, with one class dedicated to an open-air walking meditation.

The evening starts with a glass of fine wine, local olives and watching the sun go down, whilst catching up with day's events of the group. We tend to cook seasonally; showcasing a particular vegetable that is in season and build a cast of supporting pulses, vegetables and grains around it. Carefully selected Portuguese wines are chosen to compliment each meal.
