The Yoga
The morning vinyasa yoga (moving from one posture to another) class prepares you for your day of riding the waves. We offer a specifically designed yoga programmed to help build the balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, qualities you will need to master the waves. We also teach breathing techniques to increase stamina and meditation to help you focus. In the evening, a second restorative yoga class stretches out the kinks after a day of hard work in the water. read more »
