1. Free-range Holidays are not ABTA or ATOL bonded, therefore we cannot book your flights. On all holidays we will recommend and guide you towards specific flights to co-ordinate transfers.

2. You must take out your own travel insurance before traveling with us.

3. We accept no responsibility or liability for personal accident, death, loss, theft or damage to personal goods, cancellation of holidays by airlines, delays, or costs to extend holiday due to illness or extreme and adverse weather conditions that would present a danger to travel. All holidays are undertaken at your own risk. Insurance is held by all of our service providers and center's, however our holidays are sold to you as an independent traveller and as such any claims you choose to pursue should be made directly to the relevant party. We are not a package tour operator. However we will provide assistance with any necessary and valid insurance claims.

4. Deposit of 50% of holiday price is due within 7 days of the booking date to secure a place. Balance payments can be made prior to arrival or in cash on arrival. For reservations made within 4 weeks of departure date, full amount must be paid on booking.

5. Cancellation Policy. Deposits will only be refunded on bookings cancelled 6 months prior to departure date and in the event of a death or serious illness of participant or immediate family. Otherwise deposit amount forms your full or part of cancellation fee. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to departure will loose only deposit and receive full refund of balance. Cancellations made within two weeks of departure will not be entitled to any refund, unless their place can be sold at the last minute. If their place is sold they will be refunded all but the deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 3 days prior to departure.

6. In the event that Free-range Holidays must cancel a holiday, guests will be notified at least 4 weeks prior to scheduled commencement date. In such event, all deposits and payments made to Free-range Holidays can be transferred to another available Free-range Holiday or will be refunded. Free-range Holidays will not, however, be responsible for airline tickets or extra travel expenses incurred.

7. Holidays are transferable at no cost up to 4 weeks prior to departure. Holidays are not transferable within 4 weeks of departure. Transfers can be made by participants choosing to attend an alternative Free-range holiday or via a name change on the booking.

8. Discounts and special offers are made at the Discretion of Free-range Holidays operations.

9. All masseurs and trainers participating on our holidays work independently of Free-range Holidays and are responsible for their own insurance and licenses.
