At Free-range holidays we hold the view the all our clients are individuals, thus we teach yoga to suit everyone’s ability. Our classes are not “one size fits all”, but rather a guided exploration of the body, mind and soul. Our style is Hatha Yoga which encompasses the physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and the philosophy of living yoga in everyday life.

Our teaching encompasses all aspects of the body and mind, from how the breath moves within, to how the muscles support the organs, to how the mind reacts in any given posture. By bringing awareness to all the body’s systems while practicing yoga, the awareness begins to move from deep inside, developing a greater awareness of how your body and mind relate to one another.
